No Eelam Dream

The ideal dream of mine in Sri Lanka is the day all Sri Lankans:

1. Live in harmony with all ethnic groups
2. Trust each other as a nation with zero discrimination towards other ethnic groups
3. Treat Sri Lanka as their own motherland whole heatedly despite their origin or ethnicity
4. Enjoy freedom and democracy
5. Enjoy self-sufficient Sri Lanka

My dream can only be achieved if:

1. Elam dream is erased: strict laws for communal provocations and separatism
2. Equal rights for all are assured: no barriers for race, gender, age, language
3. Sri Lanka is accepted as a Buddhist state and safeguards a multi-ethnic, multi ethnic, multi-cultural society for all ethnic groups
4. Government maintains law and order and has zero tolerance for corruption, discrimination and maintains transparent, democratic governance
5. Sri Lankans choose politicians based on their work and actions and not on face value to safe guard ethnic harmony, democracy, development and a sovereignty.
